Félix del Barrio. Vice president and General Manager of Oracle Ibérica
Graduate in Computer Engineering, Polytechnic University of Madrid. He completed the Programme on Leadership Development at IESE Business School. He began his career in Olivetti-At&T, Unisys and Digital Equipment. During his 17 years at Oracle, he has held different management positions in marketing and sales. He has recently taken up the position of Vice president of Technology and is in charge of the data base and middleware business for Spain and Portugal.

María Zapata. Director of International Operations of Ashoka, Social Entrepreneurs
María Zapata joined Ashoka in October 2002 to boost the firm’s launch and consolidation in Spain and other European countries. She previously worked at General Electric for 8 years in different countries such as Mexico, U.S. England, the Netherlands and Spain. She has held positions in Finance, Sales, Acquisition Integration, Reengineering Processes, etc.

Juan de la Mota. President of the United Nations Global Compact Network Spain. Board member of the Global Compact
Juan de la Mota is President of the United Nations Global Compact Network Spain and a board member of the World Global Compact. He has held management positions in business and non-profit organisations. He is a member of the ICA (Spanish institute of business leaders and administrators) and has lectured on economics and international commerce at the Complutense University of Madrid where he graduated in Economics and Business Administration.

Darío Varcárcel. Managing Director, Estudios de Política Exterior, SA
Darío Valcárcel, director of Estudios de Política Exterior, SA and editor of five journals (Política Exterior; Economía Exterior, Informe Semanal, etc.). Jointly with Senen Florensa, he directs the journal Afkar/Ideas, for the Maghreb.
He was one of the three founders of the daily El País in 1975 and its first managing director. He has also been vice director of ABC and the first vice director of El País. He has written over 2,000 articles and editorials in the Spanish and international press. He was a board member of the Institut de Prospective Économique du Monde méditerranéen in Paris.
