The Think Tank organised by the Policy Grouping Monitors of Culture took place on the 8-9 September at the University of Deusto in Bilbao. A group of 30 experts came together to reflect and discuss about the Role of Cultural Observatories in the Future in Europe (Think Tank List Participants).
The discussions moderated by Peter Inkei from the Budapest Observatory, were inspired by a Starting Point document and were guided by three main questions regarding Cultural Observatories. As a result a document was produced with the information and suggestions gathered during the meeting, and it contains a list of Recommendations that will be published within the final publication Monitors of Culture.
