La Universidad de Deusto celebra el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de marzo<\/strong> la Jornada BiscayLaw II en torno al tema El poder normativo foral en un contexto multinivel y transnacional: propuestas y soluciones<\/a>.<\/div>\n

En esta jornada, que cerrar\u00e1 el proyecto financiado por el programa Bizkailab del mismo nombre, se presentar\u00e1n los resultados finales del estudio. Para ello, adem\u00e1s de los miembros del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n, se contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos de otras universidades y centros de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n

Los debates se organizar\u00e1n en torno a 3 mesas: el poder normativo foral y sistema de fuentes constitucional; el poder normativo foral y sistema de fuentes comunitario; y el poder normativo foral y Derecho de la competencia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Entre las cuestiones que se analizar\u00e1n se encuentran las relacionados con la autonom\u00eda financiera en tiempos de disciplina fiscal; el Concierto Econ\u00f3mico: problemas entre las haciendas forales y la Agencia Tributaria, el Federalismo fiscal y Uni\u00f3n Europea o el caso Magefesa ante el Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, entre otras.<\/p>\n
