Perdiendo el Norte

Piense que usted es propietario de una vivienda en uno de esos barrios dormitorio de la periferia urbana. Al año siguiente de comprarlo el Ayuntamiento asfalta las calles colindantes e instala un alumbrado nuevo. Ya en fechas navideñas les regala una línea de autobús que le deja frente al portal de su bloque de viviendas y como propósito de año nuevo les promete un moderno sistema de canalización de aguas residuales y basuras, que promesa a promesa se materializa oportunamente un mes antes de la elecciones municipales.
