Ese d\u00eda tuvo lugar un coloquio entre los cocineros <strong>Andoni Luis Aduriz<\/strong> (<em>Restaurante Mugaritz<\/em>) y <strong>Joan Roca<\/strong> (<em>Restaurante El Celler de Can Roca<\/em>), y Juan \u00c1ngel Vela, director cultural del programa Tutto Verdi de la ABAO.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Joan Roca habl\u00f3\u00a0sobre su concepci\u00f3n de la cocina y de las sensaciones, y proyect\u00f3 un corto de\u00a0<a class=\"ANaranjaOscuroSN\" style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #04538c;\" title=\"El somni \" href=\"http:\/\/www.elsomni.cat\/es\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El somni<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(Una \u00f3pera en doce platos, un banquete en doce actos), que \u00e9l define como una obra total, multidisciplinaria, anal\u00f3gica, digital, real, on\u00edrica, cibern\u00e9tica y gastron\u00f3mica. \u00d3pera, electr\u00f3nica, poes\u00eda, 3D, artes esc\u00e9nicas, canto, filosof\u00eda, pintura, cine, m\u00fasica y cocina.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"textogeneral\" style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luis Andoni Aduriz\u00a0tambi\u00e9n proyect\u00f3 un peque\u00f1o trailer de su <strong>Mugaritz BSO,<\/strong> donde muestra la creaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica, el desarrollo de ideas y su transformaci\u00f3n al terreno de la creaci\u00f3n musical, aprovechando el gran abanico de colorido, plasticidad y texturas que nos brindan ambos mundos, el gastron\u00f3mico y el musical.
