Horrek guztiak dakartzan aldaketa ekonomiko, sozial eta kultural, politiko eta juridiko bizi, konplexu eta askotarikoak erronka ikaragarriak planteatzen dizkio Zuzenbidearen munduari.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Nazioarteko inguru horretako lege arazo konplexuen analisiak errealitatearen ikuspegi kosmopolita izatea eskatzen du.&nbsp;Zuzenbide Fakultatearen 130. urteurrena dela eta, Amerika eta Txinako unibertsitateetako legelari punta-puntakoek eta espezialitate desberdinetakoek nazioarteko egungo gai juridiko bizi-biziak jorratuko dituzte.
