Lo percibimos de entrada como algo negativo porque pone en evidencia nuestras \u00e1reas de mejora, supone asumir ese posible error o reconocernos en ese comportamiento. Nos hace sentir vulnerables y optamos por defendernos o atacar al sentirnos inseguros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-48b7dd8\" data-id=\"48b7dd8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fbac5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fbac5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sin embargo, estas ocasiones son una <strong>excelente oportunidad<\/strong> para aprender y cambiar cosas de las que muchas veces no somos conscientes. Por eso, resulta <b>importante<\/b> <b>distinguir cu\u00e1l es la intenci\u00f3n de la persona que nos est\u00e1 aportando feedback <\/b>ya que influye directamente en el impulso de nuestro desarrollo, y debe ser, c\u00f3mo lo aplicamos en la procesos de aprendizajes duales, <b>con una intenci\u00f3n positiva y de mejora del aprendizaje.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7652ace\" data-id=\"7652ace\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f29f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9f29f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Por lo tanto, para que el feedback genere esa oportunidad de aprendizaje y posibilite el desarrollo, est\u00e1 en nuestras manos que, independientemente de que el emisor lo haga mejor o peor, <b>lo recibamos como un regalo que nos ayuda a enfocarnos y facilitarnos informaci\u00f3n sobre el pr\u00f3ximo paso a dar en este camino del proceso formativo<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-59f60bc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"59f60bc\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9666d52\" data-id=\"9666d52\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83f8c8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"83f8c8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Debemos entender el <b>feedback como un proceso en dos sentidos<\/b>, en el que c\u00f3mo lo recibimos es tan importante como saber aportarlo. Si cambiamos la mirada y vemos el feedback simplemente como un flujo de informaci\u00f3n que te da la informaci\u00f3n\/el enfoque sobre c\u00f3mo avanzar, en ese caso, no hay cr\u00edtica, y evitamos los comportamientos defensivos, las justificaciones y las excusas. <b>Se trata de un<\/b><b> <\/b><b>di\u00e1logo basado en la confianza y el respeto que nos hace reflexionar.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7f5dc56\" data-id=\"7f5dc56\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-639acb3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"639acb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Concebir de esta manera la recepci\u00f3n del feedback implica un buen uso de las habilidades emocionales, algo que se puede cultivar. <b>Reconocer que no somos perfectos es la base para el crecimiento profesional; entender que el error en este entorno es igual a aprendizaje tambi\u00e9n.<\/b> Esto nos ayudar\u00e1 a mantener una actitud abierta al aprendizaje y a la mejora continua. Intenta ser neutral; simplemente trata de escuchar lo que te est\u00e1 diciendo y consid\u00e9ralo, sin reparar en una posible defensa o pensar en razones de c\u00f3mo justificarlos. T\u00f3mate tu tiempo para reflexionar y hacer preguntas a posteriori.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7fd796d\" data-id=\"7fd796d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc74ba1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc74ba1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><b>2 \u00b7 RESUELVE DUDAS | <span style=\"color: #666699\">Haz preguntas para clarificar cualquier punto<\/span><\/b><\/h5><p class=\"p1\">Date tiempo para asimilar la informaci\u00f3n, para entender, valorar y analizar lo recibido. No se trata de estar de acuerdo con la situaci\u00f3n descrita por la otra persona. Puedes estar de acuerdo o no. Se trata de aceptar la informaci\u00f3n. Tratar de entender lo que te est\u00e1n diciendo y una vez que tengas mayor claridad de lo recibido, entonces pasar o dar el paso siguiente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e6b27ac elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e6b27ac\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a4819fa\" data-id=\"a4819fa\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-371d708 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"371d708\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><b>3 \u00b7 OJO AL DETALLE | <span style=\"color: #666699\">Solicita detalle espec\u00edficos<\/span><\/b><\/h5><p class=\"p2\">S\u00e9 lo m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico que puedas sobre el aspecto o aspectos sobre los cuales quieres profundizar e intenta, en la medida de lo posible, llevarlo a situaciones puntuales.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">La actitud defensiva no ayuda en este punto. Asume tu responsabilidad. Si empiezas a justificarte o excusarte, no estar\u00e1s aprovechando ni asimilando el feedback recibido.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-24d090c\" data-id=\"24d090c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad8aec8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad8aec8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><span style=\"color: #333333\"><b>4 \u00b7 APUNTA ALTERNATIVAS <\/b><\/span><b>| <span style=\"color: #666699\">Pregunta qu\u00e9 puedes hacer de forma diferente en el futuro<\/span><\/b><\/h5><p class=\"p1\">Acordar un plan de acci\u00f3n con objetivos es parte del proceso del feedback. Resulta importante que acordemos metas que se puedan alcanzar, tanto desde nuestro punto de vista como en la opini\u00f3n de qui\u00e9n nos aporta el feedback. Si crees que, probablemente necesitar\u00e1s ayuda para llevar adelante lo pactado, es interesante acordar tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo lo planeas hacerlo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
