{"id":3673,"date":"2020-11-30T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-30T07:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preblogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/?p=3673"},"modified":"2021-03-30T13:34:26","modified_gmt":"2021-03-30T11:34:26","slug":"etica-en-las-organizaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/etica-en-las-organizaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo se integra la \u00e9tica en las organizaciones?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"link-enlace\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0007681320301233?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acceder a la publicaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miembros del Centro de \u00c9tica Aplicada de la Universidad de Deusto y de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scu.edu\/ethics\/\" target=\"_blank\">Markkula Center for Applied Ethics<\/a> (Santa Clara University) han analizado qu\u00e9 condiciones favorecen que la \u00e9tica se integre en las organizaciones. Han estudiado, para ello, diferentes experiencias de gesti\u00f3n de la cultura organizacional en <strong>Estados Unidos y Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Las conclusiones han sido publicadas en la<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0007681320301233?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\"> revista Business Horizons<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n apuntan a que existen ciertos <strong>patrones <\/strong>que influyen en que se pueda dar una cultura organizacional centrada en valores \u00e9ticos. Son patrones relacionados con las condiciones presentes en las propias empresas, sus elementos culturales y capacidad para aprovechar las oportunidades que se presentan para promover una cultura \u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Condiciones propicias <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera condici\u00f3n que facilita que las empresas aprovechen estas oportunidades es que se consideren a s\u00ed mismas <strong>agentes responsables ante la sociedad,<\/strong> esto es, que tengan conciencia y acepten que ejercen un papel m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un segundo factor es que exista un <strong>respeto a la autonom\u00eda moral <\/strong>de las personas que integran la organizaci\u00f3n y un clima de confianza mutua. El tercer factor es que tengan capacidad para llevar a cabo <strong>procesos de deliberaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica <\/strong>a la hora de dirimir cuestiones con implicaciones \u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las competencias \u00e9ticas de los directivos y los empleados<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n aparecen como elementos claves para que las organizaciones puedan incorporar las cuestiones \u00e9ticas como un elemento habitual dentro de los debates y decisiones empresariales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La importancia de la cultura organizacional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La publicaci\u00f3n recuerda que el enfoque predominante de la gesti\u00f3n de la cultura empresarial se ha centrado habitualmente en la alineaci\u00f3n de valores entre el empleado y la organizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudio, sin embargo, se centra en el nivel organizacional \u201cpor su efectividad a la hora de construir una cultura \u00e9tica compartida\u201d. \u201cLa cultura influye en el grado en que la \u00e9tica se integra en una organizaci\u00f3n. Tiene por tanto sentido que la gesti\u00f3n intencional de la cultura sea <strong>una estrategia adecuada para promover la \u00e9tica<\/strong>\u201d, razona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo incluye entrevistas a 18 personas con funciones directivas que participan de manera habitual en<strong> foros de discusi\u00f3n \u00e9tica<\/strong> promovidos por ambas instituciones universitarias. En el caso del Centro de \u00c9tica Aplicada, tomaron parte en el estudio directivos y directivas miembros de <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/directica-premiada-por-promover-una-cultura-etica-en-las-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directica<\/a>, la Comunidad de Aprendizaje de \u00c9tica y Empresa. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n ha sido desarrollada por Cecilia Mart\u00ednez Arellano y Peru Sasia, del <a href=\"https:\/\/socialesyhumanas.deusto.es\/cs\/Satellite\/socialesyhumanas\/es\/centro-etica-aplicada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centro de \u00c9tica Aplicada<\/a>, y Ann Skeet,
