En este primer a\u00f1o de vida de la comunidad hemos mantenido 9 encuentros, en los que hemos compartido conocimientos, experiencia pr\u00e1ctica y debates, en algunos casos con expertos externos, como Leonardo Bechetti, investigador en econom\u00eda civil, Jos\u00e9 Figueiredo, Provedor de \u00c9tica de EDP.<\/p>\n<p>En abril de 2017 nuestros aprendizajes sobre permeabilidad del discurso \u00e9tico en las organizaciones viajaba a un Congreso en Boston, confirmando el deseo de Directica de compartir el conocimiento generado.<\/p>\n<p>El cierre lo hemos puesto en la sede de Mutualia en Vitoria, donde Ignacio Lekumberri ha expuesto su proyecto de construcci\u00f3n de la cultura organizativa, basado en valores organizacionales compartidos por las personas. Un proceso que parte de la historia y la raz\u00f3n de ser de Mutualia, y en el que Ignacio Lekumberri y Miren Fern\u00e1ndez explicitaban que su participaci\u00f3n en Directica ha tenido aportes para marcar las l\u00edneas de avance. Nuestra intuici\u00f3n de que lo que aprendemos en esta comunidad puede alimentar el crecimiento de nuestras organizaciones empieza a tener alg\u00fan fruto.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de la ma\u00f1ana hemos mantenido un rico debate al hilo de la recogida de nuestro trabajo sobre la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo desde una perspectiva \u00e9tica. Con \u00e9l, hemos puesto sobre la mesa temas para el pr\u00f3ximo curso. La visita a las instalaciones de Mutualia y una comida compartida han puesto el cierre de Directica por este curso 2017-18.
