{"id":5387,"date":"2021-06-23T12:59:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-23T10:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preblogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/?p=5387"},"modified":"2021-07-02T22:19:14","modified_gmt":"2021-07-02T20:19:14","slug":"herramientas-digitales-conflictos-sociales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/herramientas-digitales-conflictos-sociales\/","title":{"rendered":"Uso de herramientas digitales para gestionar conflictos sociales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Javier Arellano, profesor e investigador del Centro de \u00c9tica Aplicada, participar\u00e1 el 24 de junio en un seminario virtual organizado por la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros de Per\u00fa para<strong> compartir experiencias de gesti\u00f3n de conflictos sociales usando herramientas digitales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento se desarrollar\u00e1 dentro de la Semana Nacional de la Innovaci\u00f3n que promueve el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de Per\u00fa. <strong>Tendr\u00e1 lugar de 18:00 a 20:00 horas<\/strong> (horario Madrid) a trav\u00e9s de Zoom. <strong>Las personas interesadas pueden inscribirse de manera gratuita&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/innovacion.concytec.gob.pe\/foro\/pcm-viceministerio-de-gobernanza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/ethics\/author\/javier-areallano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arellano<\/a> hablar\u00e1 sobre el <em><strong>Conflicto y desarrollo en regiones mineras del Per\u00fa <\/strong><\/em>y aportar\u00e1, junto a otros acad\u00e9micos, representantes gubernamentales y de empresas, su perspectiva sobre los conflictos sociales en Per\u00fa y la viabilidad del uso de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para ayudar a su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inteligencia artificial <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los organizadores del evento constatan que, para que una econom\u00eda en crecimiento sostenido pueda generar mayores niveles de desarrollo, es necesario<strong> propiciar y mantener un clima de paz social<\/strong> basado en la credibilidad y confianza en las instituciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, el Gobierno de Per\u00fa analiza el <strong>dise\u00f1o de una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica basada en herramientas digitales, entre ellas, inteligencia artificial, <\/strong>para mejorar los procesos de seguimiento y reporte de conflictos. Se tratar\u00eda, tanto de una herramienta interna pero, sobre todo, como una herramienta social del conjunto de entidades p\u00fablicas y de las propias organizaciones de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ejecutivo explora <strong>experiencias y herramientas exitosas para la gesti\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n sobre procesos sociales disruptivos<\/strong> en otros pa\u00edses.
