{"id":1427,"date":"2016-04-28T16:19:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-28T14:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/inovacion\/?p=1427"},"modified":"2016-04-28T16:19:24","modified_gmt":"2016-04-28T14:19:24","slug":"innovacion-social-y-empleo-topagune-express-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/iedeusto\/innovacion-social-y-empleo-topagune-express-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovaci\u00f3n social y empleo :: Topagune Expr\u00e9ss 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #008080\"><em>\u00bfEst\u00e1 todo inventado en el \u00e1mbito de la innovaci\u00f3n para el empleo?<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-1431\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/alumni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2016\/04\/mikel-urroz-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"mikel urroz\" width=\"249\" height=\"166\" \/> <\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Desde la <a href=\"http:\/\/deusto.es\">Universidad de Deusto<\/a> trabajamos en generar <strong>entornos que favorezcan la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas f\u00f3rmulas<\/strong> que se adapten\u00a0a la<strong> mentalidad de los l\u00edderes de futuro<\/strong> en el momento de presentarse ante posibles empleadores y empleadoras, para que puedan demostrar sus competencias y habilidades m\u00e1s sociales, m\u00e1s tecnol\u00f3gicas y m\u00e1s creativas.<\/p>\n<p>Una de estas nuevas f\u00f3rmulas, que va ya por su tercera edici\u00f3n es el <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/topagune\">Topagune Expr\u00e9ss<\/a>; un proceso de selecci\u00f3n diferente que intenta <strong>aunar creatividad y proactividad por parte de los y las estudiantes con organizaciones que buscan, precisamente, un perfil con ese componente diferenciador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un proceso en que prima la puesta en escena y el <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Elevator_pitch\">pitch<\/a> de los participantes. Para <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1432 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/alumni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2016\/04\/todos-general-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"todos general\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>comenzar se realiza una \u00abpre-selecci\u00f3n\u00bb de los candidatos y candidatas mediante un videocurr\u00edculum donde se valoran aspectos como lenguaje verbal y no verbal, proactividad, existencia de proyectos personales&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la \u00abpre-selecci\u00f3n\u00bb, y llegado el d\u00eda, lxs candidatxs disponen de tres minutos para presentarse ante las organizaciones participantes. Herramientas como el \u00abstory telling\u00bb, la interacci\u00f3n con el p\u00fablico y la utilizaci\u00f3n del espacio para el pitch son habituales; y un elemento diferenciador con respecto a los procesos tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1429 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/alumni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2016\/04\/estudiantes-roll-up-1-e1461853010398-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"estudiantes topagune 3g\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/>Una vez transcurrido el pitch, las organizaciones participantes seleccionan de tres a cinco estudiantes con quien mantener un \u00abspeed networking\u00bb de cinco minutos, donde pueden profundizar m\u00e1s en la trayectoria y expectativas de estos futuros l\u00edderes en su sector.<br \/>\nHoy hemos celebrado la tercera edici\u00f3n del campus de San Sebasti\u00e1n con <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/topagune\/participantes\/\">15 estudiantes<\/a> de los diferentes grados y m\u00e1steres del campus y <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/topagune\/colaboradores\/\">12 organizaciones<\/a> de todos los sectores.
