{"id":664,"date":"2012-07-19T10:44:33","date_gmt":"2012-07-19T08:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preblogs.deusto.es\/iedeusto\/?p=664"},"modified":"2018-07-09T09:37:13","modified_gmt":"2018-07-09T07:37:13","slug":"inversion-socialmente-responsable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/iedeusto\/inversion-socialmente-responsable\/","title":{"rendered":"Inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deusto Entrepreneurship Center ha programado un evento para impulsar el emprendimiento social y especializarse en la inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable: <strong>Deusto Push<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para esto ha organizado una <strong>Escuela de Emprendedores Sociales<\/strong> en el que se eligen cuatro empresas que a\u00fan no est\u00e1n en una fase avanzada ni de financiaci\u00f3n ni del negocio. Estas empresas participar\u00e1n en un curso intensivo de cuatro semanas, finalizando con un foro de inversi\u00f3n espec\u00edfico en <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Impact_investing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">impact investment<\/a>, donde podr\u00e1n conseguir financiaci\u00f3n y tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de quedarse en DeustoKabi San Sebasti\u00e1n para su incubaci\u00f3n, que incluye tambi\u00e9n mentoring y formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vistos los criterios para participar, es importante aclarar algunos t\u00e9rminos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se entiende por emprendimiento social?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Es emprendimiento social porque:\n<ul>\n<li>Es empresa. Cuenta de resultados<\/li>\n<li>Es responsable. Triple cuenta de resultados<\/li>\n<li>Es participativa y justa. Cu\u00e1druple cuenta de resultados<\/li>\n<li>Entiende su Cadena de Valor como capital social<\/li>\n<li>El emprendedor y su<em> modus operandi.<\/em> Transmite Valores.<\/li>\n<li>Es supra-sectorial. No se remite a ning\u00fan sector concreto<\/li>\n<li>Cumple est\u00e1ndares internacionales (IRIS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>La innovaci\u00f3n (social) no es necesariamente emprendimiento cuando:\n<ul>\n<li>Se remite al sector de econom\u00eda social y\/o solidaria y no\u00a0 cumple los puntos anteriores<\/li>\n<li>Se practica por ONGs, Fundaciones\u2026 y no\u00a0 cumple los puntos anteriores<\/li>\n<li>Se remite al sector cultural, procom\u00fan\u2026. y no\u00a0 cumple los puntos anteriores<\/li>\n<li>El emprendedor no transmite valores de proyecci\u00f3n social y\/o solidaria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0Inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Inversi\u00f3n Socialmente Responsable, tambi\u00e9n conocida como sostenible, socialmente consciente , \u00abgreen\u00bb o \u00e9tica, es una estrategia de inversi\u00f3n que considera tanto el impacto social como el retorno financiero (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Socially_responsible_investing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V\u00eda Wikipedia<\/a>). Es un tipo de inversi\u00f3n en la que la implicaci\u00f3n del inversor en la empresa es mayor y m\u00e1s emocional y que, tambi\u00e9n, reporta retornos econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel nacional, se han creado fondos de inversi\u00f3n socialmente responsable, que son un fondos en que a las\u00a0inversiones, aparte de tratar de ofrecer la m\u00e1xima rentabilidad y liquidez con el m\u00ednimo\u00a0riesgo, se les exige adem\u00e1s que est\u00e9n de acuerdo con la moral, valores y sistema de\u00a0creencias de cada uno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tendencias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan un art\u00edculo publicado por el Observatorio de Inversi\u00f3n Socialmente Responsable de en Espa\u00f1a (art\u00edculo completo disponible<a href=\"http:\/\/www.esade.edu\/pfw_files\/cma\/Noticias\/ipesok_media.pdf\"> AQU\u00cd<\/a>), las siguientes son las tendencias m\u00e1s destacadas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La relaci\u00f3n entre el activismo accionarial de\u00a0los inversores responsables y los\u00a0mecanismos de gobierno corporativo:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La b\u00fasqueda de una <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/iedeusto\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2012\/07\/552655_454060407946259_1487809997_n.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0El uso de los derechos de los\u00a0accionistas, como el derecho al\u00a0voto o el derecho a hacer preguntas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Importancia del papel del\u00a0accionariado en el marco de la\u00a0emergencia del gobierno corporativo, como consecuencia de los\u00a0esc\u00e1ndalos empresariales y los\u00a0riesgos financieros, que llevan a\u00a0minimizar los riesgos de la inversi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Incremento de la normativa\u00a0sobre temas de gobierno corporativo, sociales y medioambientales, que han creado nuevas formas de responsabilidad y riesgo\u00a0para las empresas.<\/li>\n<li>La atenci\u00f3n de los consumidores\u00a0y el riesgo reputacional son temas\u00a0cada vez m\u00e1s importantes para las\u00a0empresas y los accionistas.<\/li>\n<li>La innovaci\u00f3n medioambiental\u00a0y social es un impulso excelente\u00a0para el desarrollo empresarial,\u00a0cada vez
