Por tanto, he pensado que podr\u00eda ser interesante acercarnos al <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deusto.es\/cs\/Satellite\/deusto\/es\/nuevos-estudiantes-de-grado\/estudios-grados\/titulo-propio-de-especializacion-en-innovacion-y-emprendimiento\/programa\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00edtulo Propio de Especializaci\u00f3n en Innovaci\u00f3n y Emprendimiento (programa iNNoVaNDiS)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a trav\u00e9s de preguntas, y he elegido hacerlo siguiendo las instrucciones de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Simon_Sinek\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simon Sinek<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en su libro <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/Start-Why-Leaders-Inspire-Everyone\/dp\/0241958229\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start With Why<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comenzando por el <\/span><b>\u00bfPARA QU\u00c9? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el prop\u00f3sito de este programa, su raz\u00f3n de ser, su gran <\/span><b>WHY<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Y nada m\u00e1s ilustrativo para dar respuesta a esta pregunta que las palabras del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pedro_Arrupe\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Padre Arrupe<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No me resigno a que cuando yo muera siga el mundo como si yo no hubiera nacido<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, aderezadas<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con lo que diversos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WRh3vlcwkJE&amp;t=19s\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00edderes de opini\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nos dicen sobre la importancia de entrenar las competencias relacionadas con la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento, y lo que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9Uwmon8li4o&amp;t=4s\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antiguxs iNNoVaNDeRs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> recuerdan cuando echan la vista atr\u00e1s y, con la perspectiva que da la distancia y su experiencia profesional, contestan cuando les preguntamos \u201cpara qu\u00e9 te ha servido hacer este programa\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe title=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 opinan los expertos profesionales sobre la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento?\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WRh3vlcwkJE?start=19&#038;feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son ellxs lxs que indican que el programa iNNoVanDiS les ha sido de utilidad para cuestionarse el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">status quo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para hacer que las cosas sucedan, para cambiar el mundo, para dejarlo aunque s\u00f3lo sea un poquito mejor de c\u00f3mo lo encontramos.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe title=\"\u00bfQue\u0301 opinan los innovanders de iNNoVaNDiS?\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9Uwmon8li4o?start=4&#038;feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><b>\u00bfC\u00d3MO LO HACEMOS? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centr\u00e1ndonos en las <\/span><b>personas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El mejor ejemplo de c\u00f3mo trabaja el programa sobre la importancia de la persona es la asignatura <\/span><b>\u201ccomportamiento emprendedor responsable, marca personal y de negocio\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la figura del <\/span><b>coach,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que acompa\u00f1a a lxs estudiantes durante los tres a\u00f1os de los que consta el programa para ayudarles a mirar hacia dentro, para conocerse bien, y ganar confianza, dado que esto es fundamental en los entornos de incertidumbre y riesgo en los que probablemente tengan que moverse en un futuro que cada vez les resulta m\u00e1s cercano. Adem\u00e1s, nada m\u00e1s entrar en el programa, se les asigna un \u201c<\/span><b><i>sensei<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, a saber, antiguxs iNNoVaNDeRs que pasaron por lo mismo que ellxs, y ahora se encuentran ya en el mercado laboral y pueden acompa\u00f1arles en ese aprendizaje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando trabajamos con personas, hay 3 palabras clave: valores, actitudes y emociones. El programa hace mucho hincapi\u00e9 en los <\/span><b>valores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en el \u201cno todo vale\u201d, en el \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">make meaning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guy_Kawasaki\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guy Kawasaki<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y pretende que lxs estudiantes se hagan responsables de sus propias acciones y den prioridad a valores de justicia social. Se espera de ellxs que tengan un impacto (econ\u00f3mico, social y medioambiental) positivo tanto en las organizaciones a las que eventualmente se dediquen, como en la sociedad en general. En cuanto a la <\/span><b>actitud<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, estamos 100% de acuerdo con<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nWecIwtN2ho\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Victor K\u00fcppers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en su charla TEDex cuando explica la ecuaci\u00f3n del \u201c\u00bfcu\u00e1nto valgo?\u201d como un (Conocimiento + Habilidades) * Actitud. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por supuesto, el programa tambi\u00e9n da espacio a las <\/span><b>emociones,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no s\u00f3lo trabajando sobre la inteligencia emocional (percibir, comprender y regular)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de sus participantes sino haciendo del propio programa una experiencia emocionante y divertida para lo que se vale de s\u00edmbolos, rituales, discurso, lenguaje, recuerdos en fotograf\u00edas y v\u00eddeos\u2026 porque iNNoVaNDiS cree en el aprendizaje y trabajo riguroso disfrutando.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>acci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est\u00e1 presente en el programa porque lxs estudiantes trabajan sobre <\/span><b>retos reales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en colaboraci\u00f3n con <\/span><b>organizaciones locales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que conocen en contextos que pretenden sacarles de su zona de confort para que experimenten la incertidumbre y el <\/span><b>cambio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y se enfrenten al fracaso lo antes posible para poder aprender de \u00e9l.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero, mejor que contarlo, pod\u00e9is ver un ejemplo del \u201cc\u00f3mo\u201d en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wzIk122CnAk&amp;t=1s\"><b>v\u00eddeo <\/b><b><i>memories<\/i><\/b><b> de lxs 11G<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, ya son 11 generaciones y m\u00e1s de 350 personas las que han finalizado el programa (hasta la 14G todav\u00eda \u201cen curso\u201d), y parece que el proyecto comenz\u00f3 ayer.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe title=\"VideoMemories iNNoVaNDeRs 11G\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wzIk122CnAk?start=1&#038;feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y, si alguien est\u00e1 preocupadx por la manera de evaluar, no hay ex\u00e1menes, sino ejercicios, retos, proyectos, tareas, participaci\u00f3n y autoevaluaci\u00f3n\u2026 Y es que no hay manera mejor de evaluar el aprendizaje de una persona que si es ella misma la responsable del mismo. En esta figura os lo explicamos de una manera muy gr\u00e1fica:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/innovandis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2018\/04\/inno-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1559\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/innovandis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2018\/04\/inno-1.jpg\" alt=\"Medici\u00f3n evaluaci\u00f3n innovandis\" width=\"1020\" height=\"446\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2018\/04\/inno-1.jpg 1020w, https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2018\/04\/inno-1-300x131.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, llegamos a la pregunta <\/span><b>\u00bfQU\u00c9 ES?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un programa de formaci\u00f3n <\/span><b>simult\u00e1nea, trasversal y adicional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a los estudios universitarios que se ofrecen en la Universidad de Deusto en su campus de San Sebasti\u00e1n, y en el que trabajan su capacidad para identificar y potenciar sus propios talentos y ver oportunidades donde otras personas ven problemas y, sobre todo, para actuar con <\/span><b>sentido, rigor y<\/b> <b>pasi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (disfrutando). Se trata, no s\u00f3lo de que <\/span><b>sepan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u00e1s sobre innovaci\u00f3n y emprendimiento, sino que <\/span><b>quieran y se sientan capaces<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <\/span><b>comportarse <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de una manera innovadora y emprendedora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entendemos que el emprendimiento no es una disciplina<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per se<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y puede darse en todos los \u00e1mbitos laborales y profesionales, por eso, el programa se cursa de manera <\/span><b>paralela y complementaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a los estudios que est\u00e9n cursando en la Universidad. Esto hace que el programa se enriquezca con los diferentes perfiles de todas las personas participantes. Tambi\u00e9n el equipo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AinR29PXnEE&amp;t=2s\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(la crew)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuenta con diferentes perfiles: consultores, investigadores, acad\u00e9micos, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coachs<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, docentes, artistas&#8230;, con empresa propia, aut\u00f3nomxs o trabajadorxs por cuenta ajena. Y, todxs ellxs con la colaboraci\u00f3n de una red de profesionales y organizaciones de diferentes \u00e1mbitos: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ibermatica.com\/i3b\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto Iberm\u00e1tica de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/ftf?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=SEM&amp;utm_campaign=FTF&amp;utm_term=fundacion%20innovacion&amp;utm_content=textlink&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIq5yGvanF1wIVqArTCh2u0QRoEAAYASAAEgISF_D_BwE\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundaci\u00f3n de la Innovaci\u00f3n Bankinter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y su <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">think tank <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de expertos internacionales, centros de empresa como <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bicgipuzkoa.eus\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bic Gipuzkoa Berrilan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fomentosansebastian.eus\/es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomento San Sebasti\u00e1n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adegi.es\/foroemprendedores\/web\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foro de Emprendimiento de ADEGI<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y emprendedorxs y empresas locales como <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/sinnple.es\/es\/inicio\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sinnple<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.breakingmolds.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breaking Molds<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre otros.
