Con unas cuantas horas inmerso en \u00e9l. Parad\u00f3jicamente, sus ilustraciones y esquemas ayudan a que <strong>ideas sobre el compromiso y la gesti\u00f3n de personas, que muchas veces se muestran difusas, se impregnen de realidad y aplicabilidad<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que hace que nos comprometamos con nuestro trabajo? \u00bfC\u00f3mo mejorar la implicaci\u00f3n de un equipo y de ti mismo? El t\u00edtulo del libro evoca la relevancia del l\u00edder inspirador a la hora de motivar. Toca menos el <strong>&ldquo;impl\u00edcome&rdquo;<\/strong>, el proceso activo que empieza en cada uno de nosotros. A veces olvidamos esa dimensi\u00f3n. S\u00ed que aborda la dimensi\u00f3n de la cultura organizativa y los valores proyectados, que sin duda agrandan o empeque\u00f1ecen el liderazgo del &ldquo;jefe&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Por seleccionar una p\u00e1gina (la 160) me quedo con una recopilaci\u00f3n de las cualidades que cualquier directivo nunca debe olvidar. <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 caracteriza a las personas que saben promover el compromiso en sus equipos?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tienen \u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<li>Demuestran honestidad.<\/li>\n<li>Son leales.<\/li>\n<li>Son amables.<\/li>\n<li>Conservan la calma bajo presi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Se comunican bien y a menudo.<\/li>\n<li>Inspiran a los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Tienen una visi\u00f3n clara.<\/li>\n<li>Concilian bien la vida familiar y laboral.<\/li>\n<li>Est\u00e1n siempre disponibles.<\/li>\n<li>Son intuitivos.<\/li>\n<li>Son optimistas.<\/li>\n<li>Son solidarios.<\/li>\n<li>Son flexibles.<\/li>\n<li>Son resistentes.<\/li>\n<li>Sonr\u00eden incluso en momentos dif\u00edciles.<\/li>\n<li>Dedican tiempo a conocer a su equipo.<\/li>\n<li>Est\u00e1n dispuestos a cambiar de rumbo.<\/li>\n<li>Son capaces de descifrar el entorno exterior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Como apunta Silvia y recomienda tener siempre en mente: <strong>&ldquo;tu producto como directivo no es el producto. El producto es la gente&rdquo;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&ldquo;Puedes so\u00f1ar, crear y construir el lugar m\u00e1s maravilloso del mundo, pero para hacer realidad un sue\u00f1o, hace falta gente&rdquo;. Cita atribu\u00edda a Walt Disney.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Parece ser que el gestor medio a\u00fan no se ha percatado de algo que parece de sentido com\u00fan.
