{"id":1370,"date":"2012-04-14T19:36:29","date_gmt":"2012-04-14T19:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lamiquiz.com\/2012\/04\/14\/tu-eliges\/"},"modified":"2012-04-14T19:36:29","modified_gmt":"2012-04-14T19:36:29","slug":"tu-eliges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.deusto.es\/lamiquiz\/2012\/04\/14\/tu-eliges\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fa eliges."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/tumblr_m2hi9xzMxp1r0ntva.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 tipo de personas te gustar\u00eda verte rodeado en tu organizaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed van un par de propuestas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>De personas despiertas,\u00a0comprometidas, de las que se preocupan por el de enfrente, creativas, honestas, responsables con los objetivos que se marcan, personas que improvisan, incisivas, independientes, informadas, bien relacionadas, orientadas a la acci\u00f3n, innovadoras, que lideran, que piensan en lo que es estrat\u00e9gico, que apoyan y buscan colaborar.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>De personas obedientes.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndote en estas dos alternativas \u00bfcon qui\u00e9nes te quedas?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pues la paradoja es que <strong>la mayor\u00eda de las organizaciones contin\u00faan buscando personas obedientes<\/strong>. Contin\u00faan contratando personas obedientes y promocionando personas obedientes. Menos ruido y menos problemas. Y se olvidan de todo lo dem\u00e1s cavando sin saberlo su propia tumba.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conf\u00edan tanto en sus chachiprocesos que se olvidan de contratar personas para contratar androides obedientes.<\/strong> Se olvidan de ello, no lo dudes. Aunque tengan la visi\u00f3n colgada en las paredes y no ponga que buscan androides. La hacen. Lo hacen aunque te suene haber visto en la intranet un dec\u00e1logo de valores o un diccionario de competencias sobre la mesa de aquel responsable. Lo hacen, aunque a veces te despisten oblig\u00e1ndote a autoevaluarte sobre, por ejemplo, tu capacidad de trabajo en equipo. 90, 180 o 360\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e1s rodeado de parafernalia y lo \u00fanico que observas es <strong>la incoherencia entre lo dicho y lo hecho<\/strong>, est\u00e1s en el segundo caso. Un sitio en el que se desenvolver\u00e1n genial las personas obedientes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Y ahora piensa por un segundo en las <strong>escuelas<\/strong>. \u00bfQu\u00e9 morfolog\u00eda de personas estamos educando para la vida? \u00bfPersonas como las primeras, o personas obedientes? <strong>\u00bfSobre cual de los dos pilares est\u00e1 fundamentada nuestra pol\u00edtica educativa?<\/strong> Premio. Sobre el segundo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por cierto. Las empresas como \u00e9stas, acaban muriendo, llevan a cabo EREs y sus trabajadores son potencialmente menos empleables que los de otras empresas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSeguro que quieres seguir obedeciendo o preferir\u00edas comenzar a culebrear? Culebrear. Ese sin\u00f3nimo de comenzar a vivir.<\/p>\n<p><em>* Jump!
