Como departamento de Recursos Humanos. Me da igual c\u00f3mo lo denomines en tu empresa. Pocos vais m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de preguntaros d\u00f3nde est\u00e1is. Qu\u00e9 valor aport\u00e1is, por qu\u00e9 os valora el resto de la organizaci\u00f3n. Y hemos de plantearnos un reto. \u00bfHacia d\u00f3nde vamos como \u00e1rea organizativa? <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diablos estamos haciendo para caminar hacia all\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo primero, tirar de memoria y describirnos. Con humildad, por favor:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te ves?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Comprendemos los procesos de forma parcial.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Comprendemos los procesos de forma completa.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Aportamos soluciones a las demandas.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Contribuimos al negocio.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Aportamos visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Se nos considera un business partner.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>En la medida que no lo tengamos como m\u00ednimo claro,\u00a0<strong><em>aportaremos escaso valor<\/em><\/strong>. En la medida que no crezcamos y avancemos hacia el n\u00famero &ldquo;6&rdquo;, seremos <strong>sustituibles<\/strong>. Como apuntaba en un excelente art\u00edculo Eugenio de Andr\u00e9s, para HR no hay m\u00e1s excusas:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rrhhypersonas.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/recursos-humanos-debe-morir.html\" target=\"_blank\">&ldquo;Recursos Humanos debe morir&rdquo;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O eso, o avanzamos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 te conformas?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Con aportar un valor de servicio al empleado.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Con aportar valor de servicio a una l\u00ednea, a cada departamento.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Con ser y ser visto como un consultor corporativo.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Con ser el gestor de las capacidades estrat\u00e9gicas y del talento organizativo.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00bfD\u00f3nde queremos estar? \u00bfQu\u00e9 preferimos, administrar o provocar cambios? \u00bfQuedarnos en el proceso, en mis tareas prehist\u00f3ricas, o provocar la reflexi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, acompa\u00f1ar realmente al negocio?<\/p>\n<p>Algunos continuar\u00e1n en silencio. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que toca hoy? _____________ (ponga aqu\u00ed su tarea commodity preferida).<\/p>\n<p><em>* Time is running out.
