Nos quejamos de que <strong>&ldquo;ya no es lo que era&rdquo;<\/strong>, que el desarrollo de la organizaci\u00f3n ha provocado <strong>&ldquo;reinos de taifas&rdquo;<\/strong>, parcelas de poder en donde cada cual hace y deshace, donde <strong>falta visi\u00f3n y sensaci\u00f3n de finalidad, unidad y cohesi\u00f3n<\/strong>. Ya no nos contamos las cosas, ahora todos empujamos, remamos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfhacia d\u00f3nde? &#8211; Se pregunta frecuentemente m\u00e1s de un componente del Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n. No tiene ni idea de por d\u00f3nde empezar. Seguramente son ellos quienes presentan los mayores d\u00e9ficilts, enmascarados en alguna clase de acta o en una comisi\u00f3n que toma decisiones.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pasa lo mismo en la operativa de los grupos de personas, en los departamentos, en las distintas \u00e1reas de la organizaci\u00f3n. <strong>Falta separar la nariz del papel<\/strong>, y sobre todo, tener ganas de <strong>husmear<\/strong>, <strong>curiosidad <\/strong>para <strong>intuir <\/strong>un por qu\u00e9, para <strong>ligar intenciones<\/strong>, para <strong>trazar relaciones<\/strong>, minimizando los esfuerzos individuales. Faltan ganas de transmitir una <strong>visi\u00f3n global al equipo<\/strong>, elevarles por encima de la tarea y el corto plazo para entender c\u00f3mo encajamos cada uno en el sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas veces nos quedamos en nuestro papel, en nuestro rol, porque es lo c\u00f3modo. <strong>Maximizamos nuestra ejecuci\u00f3n individual mientras nos la trae al pairo c\u00f3mo afecta esto al resto<\/strong>. <em>\u00bfMaximizamos los resultados de nuestro departamento o de la organizaci\u00f3n? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pero no se nos ocurra quejarnos, nos dir\u00e1n que la culpa es nuestra, que no sabemos trabajar en equipo, y que lo mejor ser\u00eda que nos apunt\u00e1ramos a uno de esos cursos para saber qu\u00e9 es eso de los <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.es\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=sombreros%20de%20bono&amp;source=web&amp;cd=6&amp;ved=0CDkQFjAF&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fes.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FSeis_sombreros_para_pensar&amp;ei=PFreTrWuBcid-QaRo6HbBQ&amp;usg=AFQjCNF2S6Oq4yMMRGNxcppAO53qXEvwFA\" target=\"_blank\">sombreros de Bono<\/a>, que no nos enteramos.<\/p>\n<p>Pues en esas estamos.
