GALAXIA-Etorkizuna argitzen

The GALAXIA-Etorkizuna Argitzen program (translated as Clarifying the Future) pursues the following objectives:

– To show the diversity, attractiveness and job opportunities of STEM professions to young people in secondary school, especially female students.

– Facilitate the work of career guidance to schools in Bizkaia.

– To change the perception of STEM studies and professions of the participants.

To this end, the people of the center will have at their disposal a training package that includes sessions to learn about the program, the proposed activities and their implementation. Subsequently, they will define the activity to be carried out in the center and it will be implemented with the students, families and/or volunteer science and technology professionals from outside the center. These people will also receive training to be a good STEM reference for the students.

GALAXIA is part of the Bizkaia with the Talent initiative of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. Innobasque, the University of Deusto, Mondragón Unibertsitatea, Hetel, Ikaslan and the Basque Government, through the Berritzegune Nagusia, participate in it.
