On 11, 12 and 13 December 2013, the Department of Social Work and Sociology of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Deusto will be hosting the 2nd International Conference.
The Conference will focus on Women’s empowerment as a social intervention strategy. The main objective of this conference is to offer an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences related to women’s empowerment (individual, group or community), bearing in mind women’s diversity, their different contexts and situations.
This conference targets academic staff, researchers and university students in addition to professionals from local, state and international public and private bodies involved in social intervention and/or fostering equality between men and women.
