Last week, Roberta Vicente and Víctor Carramiñana from Deusto Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit became learning facilitators at EIPTE intensive week.
EIPTE (Entrepreneurship in Initial Primary Teacher Education) is an Erasmus + project with the objective of getting more higher education institutions to implement entrepreneurship education and enhance the quality of entrepreneurship education in their initial teacher education for primary teachers.
During the intensive week in Bilbao, 12 teams of international students from Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Lithuania, Sweden and University of Deusto to be #teachpreneurs through designthinking methodology.
Each team had to address a real challenge in education proposed by one of the partnering Basque Schools: Lauro, Orokieta, Begoñazpi and Deusto Ikastolak. Through different workshops, they followed the Design Thinking phases: research, empathising, defining the problem, ideating, prototyping and testing their solutions.
We are looking forward to seeing the next projects of these future #teachpreneurs!
