Algo se muere en el alma, cuando un 15G se va
Antes de que llegue la Navidad y nos dediquemos a pasar tiempo con la familia y a ponernos ‘kikos’ de comida, queremos aprovechar el blog de iNNoVaNDiS para compartir este post en el que queremos comunicar las actividades que hemos realizado durante este primer cuatrimestre del curso 2019-2020 con lxs iNNoVaNDeRS 15G dentro del taller del Nuevo Lenguaje de la Innovación.
El Nuevo Lenguaje de la Innovación está organizado en torno a tres tipos de actividad, sesiones temáticas, sesiones de trabajo en equipo, y sesiones de trabajo en el reto. En las sesiones temáticas visitamos organizaciones del sistema vasco de innovación, para que lxs iNNoVaNDeRS puedan conocer distintas maneras de aproximarse a y de fomentar la innovación. En las sesiones de trabajo en equipo, lxs iNNoVaNDeRS juegan y debaten acerca de los temas que se les plantean, apoyándose para ello en las cinco leyes de la innovación del libro “Teoría imperfecta de la Innovación” de Jose Luis Larrea. Finalmente, en las sesiones de trabajo en el reto, lxs iNNoVaNDeRS trabajan para dar respuesta al reto que se les ha planteado.
Este año, lxs iNNoVaNDeRS 15G han querido escribir un post sobre sus impresiones en el desarrollo del reto, que también podéis encontrar en esta Newsletter, por lo que no seré yo quien hable en su nombre. Durante este año, he compartido con mis colegas de la CREW que lxs 15G me han hecho sentir especial. Y es que con ellxs he vuelto a experimentar cosas que hacía tiempo no vivía. Sensaciones como la de tener una idea planificada para una determinada sesión, por ejemplo, una sesión de debate, y que las ideas que traen lxs iNNoVaNDeRS al aula sean mucho mejores que las que habías planificado son sencillamente inexplicables, y son de esas cosas que hacen que la labor de profesor de universidad se convierta en un lujo. Lo bueno de esta experiencia con lxs 15G es que he disfrutado mucho de su compañía y he aprendido mucho de ellxs durante 4 meses. Lo malo de esta experiencia es que cuando se van, porque algunxs de ellxs se van a marchar en breve de Erasmus, sientes que con ellxs se va una parte de ti.
Para aquellas personas que me conocen, y saben de mi gusto por la música, he de decir, que en muchas ocasiones durante estos 4 meses he sentido que al concluir el taller con lxs 15G me iría a casa cantando el clásico de Manolo Escobar “algo se muere en el alma, cuando un 15G se va”. Sin embargo, he de decir que durante estas últimas semanas he decidido cambiar de temazo, ya que me he acordado mucho de la película Coco que vi este verano, y es que como se decía en la misma, “sólo muere lo que se olvida” y la experiencia que he tenido con lxs 15G sin duda alguna no la voy a olvidar.

Qué interesante leer sobre las actividades de los 15G! Siempre es un poco agridulce cuando se cierra una etapa, pero parece que han aprovechado al máximo este cuatrimestre. Me hizo pensar en cómo guardamos esos recuerdos importantes; yo hace poco estuve digitalizando unas fotos viejas de mi abuela y tuve que usar this old photo fixer, y de verdad que hizo maravillas. ¡Gracias por compartir!
